2 charter schools find classroom space in New Orleans

Orleans Parish district will open the 2 charters this summer.

Two new charter schools in the Orleans Parish (La.) School District have found buildings to house students. The New Orleans Times-Picayune says the Homer A. Plessy Community School will share the former Frederick Douglass High School building with Arise Academy, a Recovery School District charter. Bricolage Academy is moving into a house of worship whose identity has not yet been disclosed.
