Boy Scouts will be allowed to meet in Broward County, Fla., schools rent-free through the summer, but that arrangement might be changed in a policy overhaul this summer. The School Board says widespread inconsistencies in what different groups pay must be resolved before the board can decide how to treat the Scouts.
