The Tesseract Group received court approval Friday to

sell its northeast Phoenix school to Gan Yeladeem Learning Center and its Scottsdale school to the Catholic Diocese of Phoenix.

Tesseract, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in October, will continue to operate both schools until the end of this school year.
