SALISBURY — University Park, a garden-apartment community, has opened for students at Salisbury State University (SSU).
The three-story, seven-building apartment complex can accommodate up to 576 students. The furnished apartments contain four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining area and an equipped kitchen, including washer and dryer. Every apartment is wired for cable and is connected to the university's fiber-optic computer network.
An on-site swimming pool and clubhouse, sand volleyball court, fitness center and satellite food concession operated by SSU comprise the exterior space.
Architect for the project was Probst Mason.
