Photovoltaic systems at 21 district sites will save millions in energy costs

News release: The Irvine (Calif.) school district is planning to install solar power at 21 sites in the district. Over the next 20 years, the photovoltaic power systems are expected to generate 120 million kilowatts of energy and save the district at least $17 million in energy costs.
