Feb. 17, 2023
The 135,000-square-foot, six-story building features apartment- and suite-style living.

Stockton University Atlantic City is building a 416-bed residence hall that is scheduled to be completed later this year.

The Press of Atlantic City reports that the 135,000-square-foot, six-story building features apartment- and suite-style living.

Most of the suites include four single bedrooms, a common area, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. There will also be a lounge, meeting room and laundry facilities. Students will have views of the beach, Boardwalk and park, and access to a courtyard with outside seating.

The building is a short walk from the rest of the Stockton Atlantic City campus.

The project is a public-private partnership with the Atlantic City Development Corp., the non-profit organization that is developing the Gateway area of Atlantic City, N.J.

The Stockton University Atlantic City campus opened in 2018.
