76 Percentage of parents surveyed who believe that the academic performance of millions of students would decline if school bus transportation were eliminated.
44 Percentage of parents surveyed who say school buses are the safest way for children to get to school.
49 Percentage of parents surveyed who believe a car driven by an adult driver is the safest way for children to get to school.
57 Percentage of parents surveyed who said they would be strongly opposed to school bus route or bus stop cuts because of a lack of funds.
