University of Connecticut may replace only one of two outdated buildings

From The Hartford Courant: Plans to replace the worn, outdated Arjona and Monteith buildings on the University of Connecticut campus in Storrs have been delayed, revised, postponed and revised again since the UConn 2000 campus rebuilding program began. Now, it looks like UConn will replace only one of the two buildings.
