Rutgers University unveils new residence hall

Facility will be home to 500 science-oriented students

From The Daily Targum: Rutgers University in New Brunswick, N.J., has opened the 154,000 square-foot Busch, Engineering, Science and Technology (BEST) residence hall. The three buildings, cost about $57 million, can hold about 500 students, with about 160 in each. The hall also has a computer lab that will hold classes during the day and be open to the university community in the evening. The facility was designed by Niles Bolton Associates and constructed by Turner Construction.
