Facility at Atlantic Cape Community College will enable students to complete bachelor's degrees

From The Press of Atlantic City: Rutgers University has opened the Rutgers Lifelong Learning Center at Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing, N.J. Other four-year colleges offer courses or degree-completion programs at county colleges, but officials say the new Rutgers center represents the first time a four-year New Jersey college has constructed its own facility on a community college campus. The $7.5 million, 22,000-square-foot building offers bachelor’s degree-completion programs in 10 majors for students who have already earned an associate’s degree or equivalent credits.
