Voters approve $50 million improvement plan

From Rhode Island College: Voters have approved a $50 million bond proposal to pay for upgrades of three aging classroom buildings at Rhode Island College in Providence. The money will enable the state's Board of Governors for Higher Education to modernize Craig-Lee Hall, Gaige Hall and the Fogarty Life Science building.
