Residence hall planned at Tulane University

$21 million Zimple House scheduled to open in 2014

From The Tulane Hullabaloo: Tulane University in New Orleans will begin construction of a $21 million residence hall, Zimple House, in the next several weeks. The project, scheduled for completion in July 2014, will be a mixed-use facility, housing 256 students with space for classrooms. The building will have two wings, one with four stories and the other with six stories. Each floor will have study and social lounges with a large kitchen in the residence hall’s living room.
