New Jersey community college breaks ground on student center

Raritan Valley Community College is building $5.8 million facility

From The Somerset Messenger-Gazette: Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg Township, N.J., has broken ground on the $5.8 million Ray Bateman Center for Student Life and Leadership. In addition to offering open space for group learning, the 23,500 square foot, three-story building will include conference rooms, small study areas, computer stations and office space for the College’s Student Government Association, honor societies and other student organizations.
