Girls testified that they were victimized by a physical education instructor

From The Sacramento Bee: A jury has ruled that the Sacramento City Unified District must pay $4.025 million to two girls who alleged that they were molested by a physical education teacher. The girls had testified they were molested by a P.E. teacher at John H. Still K-8 School. The teacher was never charged with a crime in connection with the incident. A juror says the panel concluded that the district didn't follow through on policies that called for training on identifying child sexual abuse.
