School Building Authority had more than $170 million in funding requests

From The Charleston Gazette: The West Virginia School Building Authority has allocated more than $37 million to 12 counties for school construction and repair. Twenty-three school districts throughout West Virginia had asked the School Building Authority for more than $170 million to build new classrooms and renovate crumbling schools.
