Money would pay for athletic field improvements, technology upgrades

TheLee's Summit (Mo.) district is asking voters next week to approve a $16 million bond proposal. The money would pay for a variety of capital improvements, including installation of artificial turf at three high school stadiums, a new middle school gymnasium, and districtwide technology upgrades.
