Workers top off construction for Stillwater, Okla., elementary (w/Video)

New building for Will Rogers Elementary will be completed in September.

Iron workers placed a 27-foot, 300-pound steel beam to "top off" the building that will house Will Rogers Elementary School in Stillwater, Okla. The Stillwater News-Press says the new facility, which is being built next to the existing school, is 45 to 50 percent completed, and should be finished as scheduled in September.
