Mike Miles allegedly violated district's bid process and interfered with an investigation of his actions.

Dallas school superintendent Mike Miles has been accused of interfering with an official inquiry and manipulating the district's bid process. WFAA-TV says an investigation report by the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), which investigates wrongdoing in the district, accuses Miles of "violating bid practices" and of "bullying and unprofessional conduct." Those allegations come from Miles' former Communications Chief Rebecca Rodriguez and stem from a June board meeting in which Miles ordered a vendor contract pulled off the agenda. In addition, investigator Don Smith accuses Miles of obstructing an OPR investigation and ordering Smith to turn over all of his investigative files.
