University of Southern Mississippi to renovate College of Health

The University of Southern Mississippi College Board recently approved the hiring of an architect to plan the renovation of Joseph Greene Hall and part of its Chain Technology Building for its College of Health. The project will cost an estimated $7 million.

The money is slated to come from bond bills approved by the Legislature, and the estimated budget includes $5.75 million for construction and $287,500 for design fees, according to the Mississippi Business Journal.
