Student from University of the Incarnate Word in Alamo Heights is shot to death after being pulled over in traffic stop.

Video from KENS-TV: A police officer at University of the Incarnate Word in Alamo Heights, Texas, has shot a 23-year-old student to death during a traffic stop a few blocks north of the campus, according to the Alamo Heights Police Department. Police say student Robert Cameron 'Cam' Redus was shot during a routine traffic stop at about 2 a.m. Friday.  Redus stopped, got out of his truck and allegedly attacked the officer.
