San Juan (Calif.) Unified School District Superintendent Glynn Thompson has submitted his resignation rather than be fired, the school board has announced. The Sacramento Bee reports that the board voted 4-0 to accept Thompson’s resignation after reviewing a lengthy investigation into claims that he created a hostile work environment and bullied and retaliated against some employees when they complained.
