Townhouses will accommodate about 150 upperclassmen.

The University of Evansville in Evansville, Ind., has broken ground on new townhouse apartments that will provide on-campus housing options for 150 upperclassmen. The project will consist of the two-building “Frederick Commons” and the four-building “Walnut Commons.” Half of the townhouses will be available for move-in in August 2013; others will be ready in October 2013 and January 2014.
