Schools ready to reopen in Moore (Okla.) district

Teachers and other staff members are back at work in the Moore (Okla.) district, preparing to welcome students back to classes three months after tornadoes killed seven students and caused about $55 million worth of damage to school facilities. NewsOK.com reports that when classes resume Friday, students from Plaza Towers Elementary, which was destroyed in the storm, will be housed at Central Junior High School. Briarwood Elementary, also destroyed, has been temporarily relocated to Emmaus Baptist Church.
