School security debate in Memphis-Shelby County (Tenn.) district

Video from WMC-TV: The debate in the merged Memphis-Shelby County school district over its budget, including the price of school security, continues. But Interim Superintendent Dorsey Hopson warns that schools cannot skimp on safety.
