Performing arts center under construction at Catholic high school in Colorado

Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora will open $13.2 million facility in 2014.

Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, Colo., has begun construction of a $13.2 million performing arts center. The Denver Post says the new two-story, 40,000-square-foot facility at will house a 490-seat amphitheater, instrumental and choral classrooms, a counseling center, student journalism center and a school spirit shop. Construction is set to begin April 4 and finish up in January 2014.
