Iowa district will replace 86-year-old elementary school

From The Muscatine Journal: The Muscatine (Iowa) School Board has decided to replace the 86-year-old Jefferson Elementary School with a new, two-story building. The option approved by the board calls for constructing a new school at the existing site for about $9.8 million and subsequently tearing down the existing facility.
