Glendale (Calif.) district will boost school security

The Glendale (Calif.) Unified School District is planning to bolster security measures on all of its campuses. The Los Angeles Times reports that all schools will be equipped with security cameras, and reception areas will get "panic buttons" that make direct emergency calls to 911. Officials also want to create a single entry point at all elementary schools.
