A former accountant with the Rialto (Calif.) Unified School District has been charged with embezzling as much as $1.8 million in funds from the school system over the past eight years. The San Bernardino Sun reports that prosecutors have filed numerous felony charges against Judith Oakes, 49.  She was arrested Aug. 7 after twice being caught on camera putting money into her bra, police say. At the time of her arrest, she had two packets of $2,000 in $20 bills on her, and more money was found at her San Bernardino home. She resigned from the district the next day.
