Cleveland sells downtown administration building to a hotel company

A hotel company is buying the Cleveland School District's downtown administration building for $4.5 million. The Cleveland Plain Dealer says the school board accepted approved Drury Hotels Co.'s bid, which was $4 million below the appraised value. The 82-year-old building is listed as a Cleveland landmark and is on the National Register of Historically Places.
