A 4-year-old girl was killed after being struck by a car in the parking lot of an elementary school in Tulsa. The Tulsa World reports that the girl was hit by an SUV outside Park Elementary School. She and her mother were in the parking lot at dismissal time Tuesday to pick up the girl's brother, who attends a nearby early childhood program.
