Victim expected to be released from hospital; another student is the alleged shooter.

A 14-year-old student at Price Middle School in Atlanta was shot in the back of his neck, police say.  The Atlanta Journal-Constitution says a suspect in the shooting, also a student at Price, was apprehended "within minutes" by a police resource officer. Police believe the shooting was the result of a previous disagreement between the students. It occurred on the school campus between the main building and the gym. The wounded student is expected to be released from the hospital later Thursday night, officials say.
