JOE BILUCK JR., DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY, MEDFORD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION, MEDFORD, N.J.

Biluck has 25 years of experience managing school fleets and facilities. He is a New Jersey-certified educational facilities manager, and is trained in emergency response and renewable energy in school facilities. As a member of the district's design team, he has been able to help integrate a number of sustainable building technologies and improved security systems into a recently completed $48 million construction and renovation program that includes two new elementary schools. Biluck has improved network and facilities support services at the district and has helped reduce operating expenses.

Brungardt has 35 years of experience in the design and implementation of education facilities — primarily K-12, preschool and Head Start programs. He has worked with numerous school districts and has helped schools find solutions to special needs, introduce interactive classrooms and devise creative financing solutions. He also has assisted a facilities class in the instructional program for superintendent education at a local university.

JOE DESORMEAUX, SENIOR DIRECTOR FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS, WAKE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM, RALEIGH, N.C.

Desormeaux has more than 25 years of experience in facility maintenance. He is responsible for more than 700 maintenance and custodial personnel in the 24th-largest school system in the United States. He helps maintain 18 million square feet in more than 500 buildings valued at $2.9 billion. The school system is three years into a maintenance-excellence initiative.
